Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - take tablet Pantaprazole, 1 tab half an hour before breakfast daily morning - restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & tobacco if you consume.
