Diffuse hair fall can be caused by multiple causes like prior stress, prolonged illness, environmental pollution, nutritional deficiency and endocrinal factors. First of all avoid trauma, heat and cosmetic products on hairs, avoid the use of shampoos containing sodium lauryl sulphate, take a diet rich in proteins and vitamins. You can take nutritional supplements with 10mg of biotin. You can do hair massage with argan oil.
