Hi lybrate-user, First of all congratulations for controlling your Blood Pressure. You have not mentioned about your current BMI. Ideal BMI should be between 19-24. There is no shortcut for loosing weight. You have to count your calories and you have to do more exertion to burn them out on daily basis. Green salad and fibre rich diet is help you to get satiety.
