My close friend of 59 years. Sometimes he gets itching & scars on the edge of his penis. When this happens, he says some white, odourless substance comes out from inside giving rise to itching during that period. Since his wife's death 15 months ago he never had intercourse with any other. Why this happened now and how to get rid of the problem permanently?.
