Hi Doctor, Is there any possibilities to get pregnant with twins if not gender specific without that family background. Also is there any medicines which are helpful in it. I have very irregular periods and due to which my chances of getting pregnant becomes less. I also have post pregnancy weight after birth of my daughter is there any medical methods available.

First of all, according to me get treatment for irregular periods. After that your ovulation will be regular which would increase chances of pregnancy. Medically there are no treatment or methods to get twins. And you should not opt for any as its natural process. For post pregnancy weight gain, body massage and yoga is helpful. There are many home made remedies which are safe and effective.
