I have pain in my right wrist. It seems like the bone is misplaced or something. The problem is old, but now it pains daily. When I bend my wrist forward, a small part of bone become visible. It feels like it is not the part of the wrist. What should I do?

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
