Hello, I woke up one morning with every finger aching, and one continued aching for now about 7 months and it goes blue and purple and hurt alot, mostly when it is cold weather, could you tell me what this could be? Its my left pointing finger middle knuckle, its swollen up big as well, bigger then my other knuckles and it cramps.

This needs to be evaluated with few tests. Usually pain in ln smaller joints occur due to several reasons and there are chances of Rheumatoid arthritis or they may be due to some post-viral fever arthralgia etc. Also blueness of fingers in cold whether may be due to some condition like Reynaud's disease hence this needs to be evaluated with full set of symptoms hence please write back to me in more detail with all symptoms and associated symptoms to rule out the condition and advise you further.
