My age is 35, height 5.6 and weight is 83. My question is can I do dieting to reduce weight? I have cholesterol, vit d deficiency and seborrheic dermatitis. My kidney levels arw on higher side and I have fatty acid in liver.

Aim to lose at least 4 kgs per month by following a healthy eating pattern and moderate exercise. All your test parameters would start improving as soon as you achieve 10% weight reduction. Make sure that there is sun exposure of at least 15-20 mins every day and start a supplemental dose of Vit D3 if the values are below 20.
