I have a desk job and in the last year, my weight has gone up 75 kg to 85. How can I lose my weight. Please help me.

Lossing weight need lot of determination an hardwork. U need go do walking whenevr h get time. Walk in evening fir half an hour atleast or in morning. Gor proper diet plan you can consult me. Hve lemon honey ginger in watm water in morning. Less fat and more protein. No fast and fry food Take care.
