Hello, fractured front tooth treatment depends on the extent of fractured line in relation to pulp of toothand also on the amount of remaining tooth structure. This can be determined by doing an x-ray. If fracture line is near/within pulp, RCT can be done to save the tooth followed by crown placement. If fracture line extend deeper in root area and tooth cannot be saved, then extraction followed by implant placement is a good option. If fracture is minor, tooth can be restored by composite restoration. Kindly consult a dentist for proper treatment plan.
