I am suffering from tooth sensitivity. When I drink cold water so it hit my single lower tooth and it broke little bit from the beginning so suggest any home remedies.

There are no home remedy for it. U better avoid cold intake for the time being. Use a desensitising toothpaste twice daily for brush3.

Yes you can easily resume eating watever you like. Nothing will happen. It will not affect the wound healing process. But continue with warm saline water rinse.

Suck lemon candies. It stimulates salivary flow. Drink plenty of water. U can also apply Duestom on oral mucosa befote taking food.
