Scaling (dental cleaning) removes the stains. For internal stains. Like fluorosis. Bleaching can b done which can make your teeth whiter by one or two shades Any toothpaste with low abrasive contents is good. It's the way of brushing which matters a lot. Yellow stains on teeth may be internal or external. External stains are removed by the dental treatment called scaling. Internal stains are difficult to treat by scaling, they require an esthetic enhancement treatment called laminates or veenering.

Just follow this: 1. Brush your teeth twice daily especially before bedtime. 2. Floss your teeth once daily. 3. Always brush your teeth with proper technique. Use vertical or circular motions while brushing. Never horizontally. 4. Always use soft toothbrush and be gentle on your teeth and gums. 5. Toothpaste doesn't matter much but the brushing technique does. You may use Snowdent (whitening tooth paste). 6. You may try certain home remedies also for teeth whitening like make a paste by adding little water to a spoonful of sodium bicarbonate powder. Brush your teeth with it once daily for 4 times a week. But don't replace routine brushing with toothpaste with this technique. 7. If this doesn't resolve your problem then you can go for professional tooth bleaching done by a dentist. But that has its own pros and cons. Better discuss it with your dentist in person for this. Hope this helps!
