Dr. had advised me to take VB7 forte tab along with grocapix hair serum for controlling my hair fall. Can I take only VB7 tab I could not afford grocapix hair serum please suggest some thing effective which could I use?

Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils ,use shika powder for hair wash and pure oils for massaging ,eat protein rich food,more vegetables and whole fruits,drink plenty of water ,since hair fall depends on many internal factors it needs a internal medicinal treatment for cure
