I joined gym from last 10 days and I am doing continues exercise like cycling, jumping, treadmill, stairs and few aerobics for 1 hours daily. Most of fat area in my body is only tummy and lower back part. I am really confused with my diet schedule part that what I need to eat, what I do not, how much I eat, what time I should eat and etc. Fyi. I am addicted for 1 time 3 chapati's and 1 cup milk tea although indo not neat much. I usually do exercise from many of months n years but did not continuous. My wait is as it is and did not get a good result. Please suggest.
