Hi lybrate-user, you seem to be having symptoms of temporomandibular joint disease. It is a condition in which the Jaw angle loose and thus makes these kind of noises. It is important that you visit an oral maxillofacial specialist and get yourself treated. As for the breathing problem and back pain, it can be solved provided a detailed history is taken and you are properly evaluated. For more assistance feel free to contact me.
