Usually the height growth stops or slows down after crossing the teenage. As it is based on genetics nothing much can be done except for keeping the body fit and healthy by eating wholesome homemade food and exercising everyday. Any exercise ( or sports activity ) which is comfortable for you can be done. You can also add Yoga as it can energize you and increase your immunity.
