How to stop it and focus on my studies and as my exams are round the corner I am also facing difficulty to concentrate and in my studies I want to get rid of this habit and control it completely. I am also feeling sleepy in afternoon and as per consult from Lybrate docs I was suffering from anxiety neurosis and they told me to meditate but still I am unable to control my sleep in afternoon My exam timings are 2 to 5 pm and this is the most crucial time for me to not feel sleepy. I have to take a nap for an hour and then only I feel ok. please help me how to get rid of these problems. I am focusing on my studies but I am unable to remember the things I study. Help asap!
