I start feeling a little pain near my left abdomen whenever I ran or walk too fast for a while. I have consulted a doctor he told me that this is due to lack of water in your body but this pain starts even after I have taken a glass of water before going outside. Thanks age: 23 male.

Your doctor is right. But drinking water just before does not help. You must drink water throughout the day. Avoid drinking or eating just before you run or upto 1 hour after your run. You can take few sips of water during the run though but avoid more than a glass.
