Hello sir, I have been suffering from gingivitis three days, please give suggestions.

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night use betadine mouth wash massage gums.
It is easly curable with homeopathic medicine. Managment is very important- 1.Proper brushing and flossing to remove plaque and debris. 2.Avoid cigarette smoking.
Gingivitis is the a disease of gum occurs when dental hygiene is not gud .at initial stages it's treatable ,can convert to periodontitis if not treated at early stages. 1.Have gud nutritional food to take care of gum health. 2. Maintain proper hygiene by brushing twice and regular flossing. 3.visit dentist for scaling warm saline rinses.

If your problem is gingivitis then you need a thorough Scaling and a mouth wash and floss your teeth once daily. Regular six monthly once you have to do scaling.
Hello, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hi lybrate-user, Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Go for deep scaling and cleaning of your teeth.then if required then go for gingival flap surgery.
