I only have one testicle. Is that ok? Can I have kids? Also the testicle I have (right) has a black spot, does this mean anything?

You should get a semen analysis done. If it's ok ,no need to worry.

U can have kids, hope your single testis is normal. Black spot on scrotum usually doesn't mean any significant problem.
