I am 22 years guy. I am suffering from breathing problem on daily basis from last 2 years. I feel breathing problem even while talking with someone, while walking. Even I can not breath completely on daily basis. Plzz tell me what is this problem and also give your advise for recovery. I am searching for a Chest Specialist in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad ), who can really help me. If there is any please leave your comments and also your suggestions for recovery.

Hi rakesh , First of all please see how you are breathing , In the world more than 70% People do reverse breathe 1) Reverse Breathe : When you inhale and stomach contracts . This breathing creates two pressures in the body one is top to bottom due to inhalation and one is bottom to top due to contraction of stomach . Now bottom to top pressure pushes out the air early hence causing low blood oxygen levels .... Which in long term constricts interstitial membranes ...... 2) If Reverse Breathe is the case then please work on it and make it positive by practicing count breathing . Like Count 5 and start inhaling and forcefully expand the stomach then count 2 and hold breath and then count 5 and exhale and contract the stomach...... This cut the root cause . Also have 1 tsp vasavaleha two times and Vasarishta 15 ml two times before food to relieve the condition
