no laxatives as there's a risk of miscarriage
take banana plus food, as much as you can eat, it's a natural laxative and complete food.
no heavy solids
no normal meals till system is clean
drink plenty of warm water with honey and juice of lemon or
green light tea
or diluted milk
no cold items though curd at room temperature is good
don't overload the foodpipe
just eat for the sake of nourishment and
to cleanse the food pipe
remaining days of pregnancy, may be such problems will trouble you
eat banana rich diet as a habit and avoid foods which causes distension
