Dear Lybrate user, the key to maintaining good oral hygiene is brushing twice daily and rinsing after every meal. You should always brush using the correct technique. Use a soft bristled toothbrush and floss twice a day. Always visit your dentist at least twice a year for a general checkup and tooth cleaning. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Eat lots of fruits, dairy products, salads and veggies to maintain calcium and iron levels in your body. Don't ignore your dental problems. Take care.
