Hi lybrate-user, you r getting this pblm bcoz you r not eating any thing while doing work which means production of acid leads to stomach pain, so dear start having something healthy while doing work like some fruit, rotated channa, dry fruits or any healthy handy snacks. And try to take some small breaks in between your work like little walk, or stretching exercise, anything that helps to you to stay fit nd energetic.
