Hi Doctor. My husband is working as software engineer in IBM, he works hard. Due to Stress he will take wine weekly twice and that too small quantity. My fear is if he takes wine for twice a week, Is it good to take or bad. If it z bad how can I stop him. Please help me in this.

Poison will remain poison whether it is taken in small quantity or big. According to me more than wine, we should focus upon his levels of stress and how to manage it. He can not avoid working hard but to escape from the reality and switching to wine will gradually drag him to addiction. He should better start waking up early for fresh air, do some physical work out and meditate. That will give him more energy to tackle stress. Wine is an escape from the reality.
