I have been suffering with high blood pressure problem since two years. I sometimes drinks. What can I do to reduce it?

Quit drinking and smoking. Eat healthy (take a detailed diet consult.) and start exercising, begin gradually and increase to 45 mins daily. Reduce salt content in diet too. IfAlso get a baseline Echocardiogram, TMT and lipid profile done. Consult after 4-6 weeks of precautions and these tests.
