Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food. Dr. raj bonde you may contact me on this site. And check my package and get customized medicines.

Hell lybrate user- this might be due to following reasons so try to avoid them- a) sleeping in day time. B) going to bed late (generally after 10 pm). C) lack of hair oiling. D) excessive intake of spicy and fried diet and less intake of sweets. Avoid these reasons and use mahabhringraj hair oil for head massage daily before going to bed, you will get relief quickly.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and can take tablet rantac twice a day for a month and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

Make a concoction with ajwain, ginger, honey, and tulsi leaves and water. Have this twice daily. Your pain will subside soon.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Dear patient, greetings from lybrate I would recommend you to start tab harvita plus once a day. Have a high protein diet. I would recommend you to take grd bix 2 in morning and 2 in the evening. Also perform a 5dht level in your blood. I hope this helps.

I am a upsc aspirant and tends to spend around 13-14 hours studying each day. This often results in fatigue, inconsistent sleep cycles, stress and oversleeping (on occasions). All these factors are detrimental to a routine healthy living. Kindly suggest a balance diet, some multi vitamins that may rejuvenate me ans also play in helping hand in wearing off excessive sleep and severe fatigue.

I am 18 year old. And I'm having migraine problem since 4-5 yrs. Previously it was very moderate but now pain has increased. Use histacalamine on your spots two times a day regularly. One is at morning and another at bedtime. Drink ginger juice in cold water in empty stomach regularly. Don't give food gap more than 2hrs.

Gastric issues are much more common these days because of lifestyle changes. Just make some changes to get rid of it.

There are few steps to be followed:

1. Drink 4-5 litres water per day in summers and 3-4 in winter.
2. Do regular exercises like yoga and cycling or jogging and some abdominal exercise.
3. Avoid oily street and junk foods as much as possible. Now days you can search oil free tasty recipes.
4. Add oats daliya black grams milk fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables in your menu.
5. Always prefer fish and chicken over mutton or beaf if you are non vegetarian.
6. Tapper the amount of food as the day end. Take a full plate in breakfast and decrease the amount to almost 2/3in dinner.
7. Go for a walk after dinner no smoking no alcohol and take a good sleep.

Dear lybrate-user, you seem to be having seborrhoeic dermatitis which is a very severe form of dandruff. Use halox s lotion at night and wash scalp with ionax t shampoo. Normal ketoconazole shampoo and head and shoulders will not work here. Best regards.

We all love to eat out. Good food and good company, these are incomparable joys of life. But what about healthy eating? are you supposed to forget all about it, when you're dining out? absolutely not. We tell you how you can eat healthy when eating out. Use these tips to make smart choices, and you can enjoy the occasional splurge, without worrying about the calories.

1. Do not go out on an empty stomach

Have a light, but filling snack before you head out for dinner. An empty stomach may lead to over-eating or bad choices. Have a fruit, maybe an apple, or a low-calorie yoghurt, to keep the hunger pangs at bay.

2. Be informed

Check the menu of the restaurant beforehand. You'll be able to make healthier choices, and have a better idea of what you wish to eat.

Once there, do not hesitate to ask the server or the chef, about the nutritional information of the dish you want to order. Ask them about the method of cooking if you're unsure. Also, a lot of restaurants these days can customize dishes according to the customer's preference. For example, if your dish comes with a side of chips or fries, get it replaced with veggies.

3. Order right

For non-vegetarians, we recommend grilled or kebab meats. Always opt for lean meats. Tandoori items are your best bet, as they are relatively healthier, when compared to fried items or gravy based dishes. For vegetarians, grilled, baked and roasted dishes are recommended.

4. Go for an a la carte meal

Tempting as they might be, avoid buffets. Surveys have shown that buffets encourage over eating. That second or third helping of a dish may seem tempting, but it is never good for your waist line!

5. Drink lots of water

Drink water with your meal. It will keep you full, and is a much better alternative to sugar filled cold drinks. Also, water helps break down the food, so that your body can absorb the nutrients. But occasionally, we don't say no to a glass of wine, along with your meal.

6. Guilt free dessert

There's good news for all those who have a sweet tooth. You can eat the dessert! all you need to know is how to go about it. Dessert does have a lot of calories, but you can skip the main course and just opt for the dessert instead. That way, you will just be consuming the calories from the sweet treat, instead of the main course. So go ahead, have a slice of that delicious red velvet cake for dinner!

7.Diet friendly alcohol

For people who can't have social outings without alcohol, you should make intelligent choices when it comes to booze as these are sheer empty calories. While champagne is the best choice as it has the least no. Of calories, scotch has 105 kcal, vodka has 96 kcal and beer will definitely give you a beer belly. Red wine is good for the heart but has good 125 kcal per serving. Try diluting the drinks with more of sodas or water unlike juices or aerated drinks, as they further add on to the calories.
