My father fell on the ground injuring shoulder and on getting x ray shows a crack in the humerus bone! right now a arm sling is being used to support the the arm and shoulder as advised to keep it immobilized what's advised further?

Kindly show me your x rays. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hii. I have bucket handle tear in medial meniscus. As in mri scan doctor told it is totally teared and need to go for surgery. Is there any way to avoid surgery?

Hand fingers particularly index and ring fingers do not bent fully as well as get stuck at times in both the hands . What precaution and application to over come this. I am a diabetic as well as hypertension patient . Taking alapathy .

You may have cervicogenic headache in which upper cervical spondylosis occur. Pls take sm neck physiotherapy session near you. Apply cold pack on upper back neck, do sm side bending, sm scalene stretching, pectoral stretching. Do deep breathing you will feel better.

Hi there are various reasons for joint pain physical examination is needed. You can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint. Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

In night when I go to bed my triceps mascules pain is started. How I relief this situation?

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hlo doctor . Actually I hv severe pain in my legs especially knees and toes . Evn I feel pain in my finger . Usually I wen I get up whenever I sleep . Not only that .i feel like my skeleton system is so weak . I feel tired n sleepy all d time . . I get depressed soon . Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

If complate tear of acl is diagnosis than operation is the only option in young age. If you avoid to operate this after some years you loose your knee due to damage of maniscus. I advise you do not delay this surgery.

Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or waer. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowly acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.
