Hi Lybrate User, Fit and strong body is what you need... and you need to workout daily for 2-3 hours towards that, if you want bulging muscles. There is no instant way to get muscles... Any supplements that you try can have severe side effects. Please avoid that. Currently you are already overweight by about 8 Kgs... You need to regularly do Cardio exercises to bring your weight down. .. Try to do regularly intensive Cardio for 1 hour and weight lifting for one hour. That way you will be able to improve your body.

The word fat in itself is very alarming. Body fat or weight is the topic of concern for most people today. Due to the lack of physical activities these day s people tend to gain weight at a faster rate. Long working hours, which involves sitting in front of computers, have lead to the increase in belly size pot belly or beer belly are just few names with which it is known. Abdominal crunches lay down flat on the floor bend the knees with feet on the floor place your hands by the side of your ears take a deep breath crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time? now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times some tips? squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated? drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day? avoid junk food at all cost? start exercising. Do ? hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

It is generally noticed that the people who do sitting jobs, fast for long hours (self dieting), irregular food habits, or take more carbs and less protein, tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. This causes imbalance in the body so you have to first deal with your deficiencies and nutrient gaps by food supplements. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Definately not chips or popcorns made with fats. Popcorns are healthy if made with the help of heated sand sold by the vendor in market and not bought from the mall. Nuts are the best option but not more than one katori. 7 soaked peeled almonds, wallnuts, cashew, peanuts. We can compare the cost of this precious food vs. Packets of namkeens / samosas/ chips which give us nothing except bad cholesterol. Nuts are rich in good cholesterol, beat hunger pangs, make us feel full, effect on hunger lasts longer and there is no extra thirst to drink more water, because there is no salt added as a preservative and there is no ghee oozing. Another choice is a bowl full of 5 types of seasonal fruits and vegetables of minimum 5 colors -carrots, radishes, oranges, apples, bananas, cucumber, tomato. We are extrmely lucky to have fruits and vegetables according to seasons and we do not have to drive miles to get them!

DEAR Lybrate USER You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods 6) avoid late night sleeping habits 7) avoid coffee and tea. 8) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength. A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 10 gms of barley seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.

No food works in isolation for weight loss. Green tea is just a good replacement for unhealthy drinks, some are good antioxidants and can aid in clearing the system. Other than that it can't alone cause weight loss. Eat local and seasonal foods and avoid junk foods, crash diets and unwanted stress. These will help reduce greying of hair.
