I am a 24 years old, my lower body is too fat. Can't reduce the wait of my lower body. I done diet, I went to gym. No use of it. Can I know what's the reason?

Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning for amazing results, its more than just a weight loss exercise, it should be done empty stomach. Secondly start eating fruits and juices (seasonal fruit) every alternative days, and other alternatives days eat normal routine diet, do this for 90 days for best results.

Hi doctor. I delivered baby in month of aug 2016 through c section .my height is 5 5 and weight is 90 kg. please tell me wat I should have to reduce my weight. I am overweight and not losing my weight at all. I even went for walk but nothing is happening I am quiet upset. please tel me the procedure and diet plan along with exercises. Eat fruit salad or Veg salad one hour before every meal. Cut down all completely >> parathas/ puris/ ghee on chapati / pakodas /samosa/ Tikki / mithai / panjiiri etc <<.Take only plain roti or boiled rice with curry/dal/curd. Drink a glass of this water every hour..In one day you should not take more than 4 teaspoon sugar /oil. Take 10 almonds daily. Walk 30-60 mins daily. Follow these steps and you can lose about 2-3 KGS a month and in one year between 20-30 KGS.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Dear lybrate-user acc to your height your weight should be 75 kgs. To reduce fat from face, try doing jogging or other cardio activity, it will help to reduce puffiness keep water soaked cotton balls on eyes. And take atleast 7 hrs of sleep daily.

Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Proper follow up you can feel better and reduce weight also.

I am a 26years old male. I have increased my belly fat over last 6months as I have no physical work in my job. I used to do yoga and other exercises whenever I get time. I feel belly fat decreases but again comes out so when I don't get time for exercise. What should I do now for sone permanent relief. My waist size is now 34cm. Earlier it used to be 31cm.

Hello, To reduce belly fat following will be helpful. (1) eat lots of vegetables, fruits as these helps to reduce fat. Eat vegetables like okra, leafy vegetables, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc and more fruits like whole apple, guava, orange not juice, dab water, watermelon etc (2) avoid sugar, sweetened juice like soft drinks, fruit juice, tea or coffee with sugar etc as the main ingredients are glucose and fructose and these turns into fat and these are the host of metabolic disturbances. Instead of these eat whole fruits, these are healthy and mitigates the negative effect of fructose. (3) eat whole wheat, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc than white flour, white rice. (5) eat more good protein for long term weight loss program like fish, lean chicken, egg white, cottage cheese, peanut, soy product etc. (6) avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods (7) stay always hydrated with water. Take water 3 lit/day but not during meals. (8) regular exercises like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups. Sit ups, squats etc at morning or evening (9) stay busy with works not with foods and quality sleep.

Its healthy if you reduce 3 kgs in a months more than that is not considered as healthy. That's good you are following a healthy pattern like walking and exercising and having a healthy diet as well. But having less oil and sugar alone will not help you out. Avoid refined cereals like maida, pastas, noodles etc. Avoid juices, cold drinks, soda all sugary drinks etc.

Yes, of course. You must rule out thyroid problem. Tsh, t3 and t4 levels. Just as the types of thyroid conditions can vary, so can the symptoms of thyroid problems. Here, I have listed ten common symptoms of thyroid disease: nervousness and tremor: these symptoms, along with agitation, can signal an overfunction of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism). Mental fogginess and poor concentration: mental functioning can be affected in both hyperthyroidism (elevated levels of thyroid hormone) and hypothyroidism (too low levels of thyroid hormones). While sluggishness and depressed mood are often associated with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism can also lead to a reduced capacity for concentration. Feeling bloated: fluid retention is often a sign of an underactive thyroid gland. Racing heartbeat: an increased heart rate (tachycardia) and palpitations can be symptoms of hyperthyroidism. I am an 19 year old girl and I have been overweight since childhood and I have no health issues till now. I'm 18 kgs overweight for my age and height. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. It's good for fitness. Warm body and do stretching exercises before skipping. Jerky movements to be avoided.
