Hello, insomnia (loss of sleep) is out come of irregular life style causing stress, anxiety & depression. To over come, insomnia, please go through the under noted tips. -go for a walk in d morning to restore your blood circulation to nourish your body. - go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety and to calm your nerve to ease insomnia. - tk, banana, apples, coca, almonds, pumpkin -seeds, spinach. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins &'regulate your metabolism. - your diet b easily digestible, simple, non-irritant, on time. Your dinner b at least 2 hrs before going to bed with 1 cup of milk before going to sleep. - avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, watching tv in d late night. - homoeo medicine, gentle, rapid without any side effect b administered: @ coffea cruda 30-6 pills, thrice/ day. @ passiflora q-20 drops before 1/2 hr, going to bed. I am recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you 1. Take 6 dried figs 2. Take 30 g raisins 3. Soak both in water overnight 4. I am 24 years old, I eat properly, I work everyday, I walk as required and take rest as required, but still my body gets weak and makes me lazy. What to do?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Helo lybrate-user, your symptoms are quite normal. Breast tenderness and during early pregnancy and periods are normal symptoms of body hormonal changes. There is nothing to worry.

Hello, Brown rice has more retained important nutrients and is high in fiber content. A diabetic can surely have, keeping in mind the portion sizes.

Avoid all market & packed foods including white sugar, oil & milk products. Have at least 1 serving of fruits (2-3 whole fruits) and 2 servings of salads (2-3 raw veggies) everyday, before main meals.

What is the normal range for vitamin B12, vitamin D, electrolytes (Sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium. Mine is- Vitamin B12- 245 pg/ml Vitamin D- 29 nmol/L Sodium- 136 mEq/L Potassium- 4.26 mEq/L Chloride- 106 mEq/L Magnesium- 1.9 mg/dL I am feeling weakness, fatigue, muscle cramping. My CBC & LFT are fine. Please suggest if any of these is deficient & what needs to be take care.

Vitamin D is slightly deficient, better to maintain from 45 to 60. Vitamin B 12 is normal at lower range, maintain it up to 800. Other values are normal. Go for Thyroid profile check. Take nutritious diet and exercise regularly. Take Homeopathic Medicines: Alfalfa Q 10 drops Twice daily in some water before food, Ginseng Q 10 drops Twice daily in some water before food. Please try to do aerobic gym, walking,avoid fast food, sarvangasana yoga v ibaritha garani yoga, and pranayama. Regulary.avoid eating too much meats and cigarettes (if you fume). Please contact if you wish after one month.

Tobacco is injurious to health because it contains nicotine. Nicotine is a strong poison. Secondly tobacco is used for smoking, the smoke along with nicotine gets deposited in the lungs. The smoke blocks the cells of the lungs and thus smoke blocks the oxygen transferring capacity of the lungs. Secondly the nicotine and tar produced by burning parts of tobacco cause cancer of lungs. There fore tobacco is injurious. Still people use it because it gives a temporary boost of energy. However the boost is only temporary and soon tapers off. Then another dose is required. Thus tobacco becomes a habit. Then it becomes such a necessity that it becomes difficult to break. Trying to quit tobacco causes withdrawal symptoms. The symptoms are not very painful opium products, but do cause lack of comfort. Still a lot of will power and motivation is required to quit. Those who lack in that area are doomed to tobacco for life.
