Right side of abdomen has liver on upper area. Get an ultrasound of abdomen done. Regarding your heart pain, remember that every pain on left side of chest need not be due to heart. You are a growing up teenager at 18 and slightly overweight also. Eat a healthy diet with lots of simple proteins like toned milk, less fats and more seasonal fruits and vegetables. Get checked for basics like blood for sugar and total lipids, ecg & halter test. Get back here with reports.

Dear lybrate user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body of every living animal. Human beings are no exception to that. But when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Walk at least 1 hour in a day without any interval. Also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture fucus vesiculosus q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

You are suffering from bronchial asthma, it is an allergic manifestation of respiratory tract, well if you wants to cure or get rid of your problem permanently you must do proper homoeopathic treatment, taking inhalers won't cure it ,it will manage the condition or palliate the condition, but if you really wants cure permanently and doesn't want to suffer life long then you must need proper homoeopathic treatment, soo you can contact me through Lybrate in private consultation,

Good morning Doctor Subject :- Pain in the left side of my chest (especially while deep inhalation) in the morning after a brisk Badminton match just before sleep yesterday which I played after a long while. Details :- I played Badminton 3 days back after a long while. It was a very brisk match. I just went out of my comfort zone and strained all my muscles. Very next day morning, I felt pain in almost all of my body especially left part of chest. Pain was more in that area while I inhale deeply. I didn't touch Badminton for 2 days and pain ceased. But again I played brisk yesterday night just before sleep. Chest pain started again, especially while taking a deep breath.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your pain is due to muscular problem - before playing you should warm up by mild jogging, walking, stretching for 10-15 min, so that the body gets ready for exertion while playing a vigorous sport like badminton - take rest for 3-4 days, do only normal activity - do hot fomentation - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take pain relief tablet if pain is more.
