A tear can occur in the tendons, the muscles, or the labrum, a rim of fibrous tissue that lines the glenoid. Bony growths in the joint called bone spurs can rub against tendons, causing friction that may lead to a tear.

At this young age, backache is usually postural or related to some compression pathology in your spinal canal. Please don't consume these antibiotics and analgesics without any specialist's advice. Also start properly guided exercises to increase your back muscles tone and strength. Stretch your hamstring muscles. Improve posture, don't bend forwards. Start regular walking. If you are obese, try working on weight reduction.
Thanks.

Hello,
Do home based exercises regularly for one month.
Shoulder pendulum exercises
Wall sliding in circular manner
Hand raising above head and lowering down while kept at sides of body.
Apply hot or moist pack over the painful joint.
You may take medicines when there is severe pain.
It takes around months to get cured.
So have patience and continue with the exercises.
