It may be a relapse of h.pylori so you might need above antibiotics, you please meet your doctor again and notify on no relief. Additionally may try syrup mucaine gel 10 ml three times (shake well before use), 20 mins before meals. With this history very important it is to maintain diet, please so not eat from outside, or have oily and spicy food.
