Hello
Taking any kind of supplements for weight loss or gain shows effects till u take it
When you stop taking it , effects goes down for ex if u had lost few pounds it may doubles or remains stable
Using of supplements for weight loss is not recommended as without physical activity it will be gained agn after you stop taking it
Your main reason for weight gain is
Lack of physical activity
Go for mild exercises
In routine
Do yoga
Cut off junk...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given. It is clear that with present treatment blood glucose is not in control as it should be. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg & HbA1c% < 7 (not mentioned). There is need to either add some additional drug or change the treatment. Also look at your diet and extent of daily physical activity, that will also help in better control of blood glucose.

Hi,
please continue your previous medicines for your impaired glucose tolerance, we will continue diet and lifestyle change as you do it now and keep a closer watch of sugars (is you check your fasting and 2 hours post breakfast sugars every monthly and keep a record of it)

No if your bp is less then 140/90 stop medicines and try
exercise daily for 45 minutes a day
brisk walk daily at a speed not less then 5.1 km /hr daily for 15 minutes
eat low salt food
add fibres to you diet reduce your weight
don't take ghee or butter use saffola or olive oil instead.

It is just subclinical hypothyroidism. Some doctors are of the opinion that it needs to be treated in elderly people and with other comorbid conditions like diabetes. Others prefer to wait and see whether it progresses further.
Your fatigue and foot complaints are not related clinically to either diabetes or thyroid disorder considering your reports. There are several other causes. You need to be evaluated for that.
