If after taking antibiotics for 13 days, and doing betadine gargle 3 times a day, still you can see vesicles in the throat, you need to take a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity, and take culture specific antibiotics. Please consult an ENT surgeon who will do the needful in this regard.

This is definitely not due to medicine and urine infection
in 75 year old patients there is more risk of cardiovascular accidents
so go for ECG, echo,ct brain then after definite treatment will start.

Most probably it's viral infection which usually lasts for 7-10 days. Fever may last for 3-5days. Give paracetamol 250mg whenever there is fever. Don't give cefuroxime.

Hello-
One of the most common causes of vulvovaginitis is Candida albicans/yeast. This yeast infection can cause genital itching and a thick, white vaginal discharge with a cottage cheese-like texture. Some women experience yeast infections after using antibiotics. So its best to start Ayurveda medicines this time. Consult a good Ayurveda doctor, you will be recovered surely.

Did your surgeon tell you that it is a pilonidal sinus?
If it is, then that is the course of the treatment. Initial course of antibiotics, then after the infection subsides, we have to do imaging studies with a mri to understand the course of the sinus and if there is an underlying abscess.
Once this is understood, we can plan for sinus excision with z plasty surgery to minimise future recurrence.
