Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query
You have mentioned the drugs and dosage being taken, but there us no mention of blood glucose levels and HbA1c%, so I am unable to know whether glucose is well controlled or not.
Another aspect you are taking 30 mg of Pioglitazone, which is the maximum dose recommended. It is better if that is reduced to 15 mg a day. Please let me know the glucose levels and HbA1c% Then only I can comment. Plus I need to know the diet pattern and extent of exercise,...more

When you are giving exams, then it could help you to do away with activities which will not take you towards your goal. Time management, distressing though exercising, socialising, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water will help you along your path. You can get back to living a regular pattern of living once your exams are done if they are more important for you right now.

She will be fine.
Let her complete her studies at this point of time.
She can do her PG in Psychiatry not a problem.
If she has seen a problem with behavior related to marriage earlier might have caused her a trauma/ she may need counselling under proper guidance.
She might take some time.
But you should not press her now, as it is a sensitive issue for a woman.
