You need lifestyle changes.
Diet: it is always important to watch your diet. You are what you eat. Eat what your body needs, reduce refined foods, processed foods and increase the amount of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eating small frequent meals goes a long way. Reduce intake of saturated fats; include more lean meats. Choose grilling and steaming over frying and roasting. I am an engineering student and I have started porn and masturbation from 13 year age and now I am 21 years old. I am preparing for the competitive gate exam and I am having low self belief. I have relapsed multiple times and when I sit for study my mind says you are not going to get anything, you wasted all your energy, you are loser, such type of thoughts. I want to know how should I trust myself and go on in this recovery journey? Also how should I set a daily timetable which will keep me away from addiction as well as my studies also go well? Also I am from lower middle class family, though I want treatment but my parents won't be able to offer and they even don't know about my this addiction. Please suggest some home remedies to boost up energy for long hour study considering that I am a vegetarian.

Your symptoms are suggestive of premature ejaculation, kindly visit a urologist in your area and get evaluated, you will be prescribed some investigations such as a penile doppler, rigiscan and will be treated accordingly, meanwhile you can improve your timing by practicing the start-stop method, you can use a natural lubricant such as coconut/olive oil to improve your timing, do not start any medication without consulting a qualified urologist.

Hello everyone . I am a student. I am suffering from over thinking. I think all the time. When I study or read news paper for sometime reading goes well but after a while I lose in thinking and I don't know about it that I am thinking something. This has been happening with me for 2-3 years. When I walk or traveling by bus, due to thinking I forget to stop where I want. When I write notes in classes same spelling on same page I write wrong because of thinking. This year I appeared in upsc examination, my preparation is good for examination, just before examination night I didn't sleep because "if I will fail then what will happen" this thinking was in mind and the whole night I didn't sleep, this is not stopped here same things happened before my GATE examination. For avoiding this over thinking I tried meditation but I didn't continued it after 20 -21 days. I am very worried about it. I am not living in present. I think always about future like" what will happen " and past" why this happened or if it is not happened then what will be happened? I want to get rid from this hell.

Hello Lybrate user...What you are suffering from are excessive ruminations and worrying thoughts about future. This is a common problem for today's youngster population like you as the competition level has increased. This decreases a person's efficiency, concentration and outcome from work or studies as in your case. Yoga you have tried but you did not continue, which I suppose was because of not being interesting. I propose to you MINDFULNESS THERAPY as the management plan. It is a very effect...more
