you certainly have nasal allergy. Otrivin is not the drug of choice. As a matter of fact it has many short term and long term side effects and now out oif favour drug. You should see an ent or allergy specialist who will prescribe the right drug for you.

This problem is only related to ent specialist. He is expected to give you an exact diagnosis after examination like excoriation, allergic rhinitis, deviated septum, some infection, growth like polyp etc. Or entirely normal. He should also be available for follow up for review if no relief or recurrence etc. Other general causes are bp. Bleeding time, clotting time etc. Take plenty of water. If only ch sinusitis with polyp, then budamate inhalation is not indicated, as it is for asthma. Take ennhale nasal spray 1 spray each nostril/day with glemont fx 1 tab with breakfast for 2 month. For polyp consult ent for need of operation.
