Hello-
a vaginal numbing cream is essentially a topical product that can be applied to sensitive areas before sexual activity to deter discomfort.
Vaginal lidocaine may be recommended for vulvodynia.
This medical condition that affects women is a bit more specific than dyspareunia in that it is usually characterized by painful sensations in the vulva area or vaginal opening specifically.

In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.

Hello-
vaginal spasm (vaginismus) is a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual penetration, insertion of tampons, and gynecological examinations. This is the result of a conditioned reflex of the pubococcygeus (pc) muscle, causing muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly and making any kind of vaginal penetration either painful or impossible.
It is an internal thing so you need internal supplements for recovery. Fortunately,...more
