Hi. Avoid drink out sided water and more cold water.
Burning sensation cause by itching by infected water or foods or dust area.
Drink warm water after meals. Do gargle with warm water. Avoid high acidic foods. High acidic foods also create burning sensation. Then take few alkline foods to control acidity.
