Atenolol 200 is a quite high dose. Need to consult your cardiologist whether you really need it. Have a close monitoring of your heart rate.

1.Your blood sugar is under control, continue with metformin tablet
2.Your Bp is not under control. The combination of amlodepine with hydrochlorothiazide is effective in controlling Bp.
3.Continue for some days, reduce your salt intake, control your diet, go for regular exercise.
4.Monitor your BP and if still it is not controlled, consult physician for alternative medicine like Telmasatan with amlodepine

Automatic bp readings are very sensitive.
Before measuring your bp, please lie down, close your eyes, relax for 2 minutes and then ask someone else to measure your bp.

Dear If you r just 41 years then no point giving diuretic in this age bcz othr better group of antihypertensives r available for you.
Of course if take diuretic thr will be some sensation around kidneys bcz it push dem to frequent urination.
