Hello thanks for the query
as far as sitagliptin brands in india all are priced around the same range. There is hardly any difference. However, if you are looking for less expensive treatment then you can talk to your physician and ask whether he can prescribe some other similar drug which is economical. In this communication we are supposed o give only geneal guidelines. No drugs can bbe recommended. We can do that only in private conversation. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details. Your blood glucose seems very well controlled. Please check HbA1c% that ould give a much clearer picture. BP is quite low. You stop the tablet Olmesartan for a few days and check again. As regards weight loss it is difficult to say why it has occurred or occurring. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.

Considering her approximate age and duration of diabetes, it seems more like type 2 rather than t1. If such is the case, she also needs to be on insulin sensitizers which are oral medicines. Also, actrapid alone will never cover her basal glucose production, so she also needs to be on intermediate acting insulin.

Should follow one system of medicine under the guidane of a qualified doctor.
