Any multi-vitamin tablet is useful for b complex deficiencies. You can take whichever is available in your nearby medical store. On the other hand, mvi injection given in bottles are even more effective and quicker way to get rid of these deficiences. You can ask for that at any nearby clinic or hospital.

Dear Lybrateuser,
- it is not advisable to take iv nutritional therapy, it is only indicated when a person is unable to take food due to his inability because of sickness or when it is indicated in a medical condition - it is best to have a well balanced diet with all the essential food components such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals which are best absorbed in the body when we have natural foods without causing any side effects.

Hi,
vit b12 and absorbable form of vit d is synthesized in the body itself so a balanced diet will be required for your body to make it. Include fruits and salads in your diet. Include legumes and pulses.
Have homemade fresh breakfast religiously.
Drink plenty of water around 3-4ltr/day.
Include homemade paneer in your diet daily around 50-100 gms/day.
Sprouts will help you I this case.
