Maximize muscle building. The more protein your body stores—in a process called protein synthesis—the larger your muscles grow. Eat meat. Eat more. Work your biggest muscles. But first, have a stiff drink. Lift every other day. Down the carbs after your workout. Eat something every 3 hours.

Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, looking at your height and weight your bmi is 29.31 kgs/m2, close to grade 1 obesity. This itself is the cause of feeling fatigued. If you are on treatment with thyroxine then tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units /l, then only it is considered as in good control and all symptoms are in check. Similarly uric acid also should be below 6 mg. Your efforts to reduce weight will be successful only if hypothyroidism is in check. So please look at tsh levels and inform...more

High uric acid diet includes alcohol, red meat, shrimp, prawns, canned food, tomatoes, dhal etc...Fluid intake is important....If there is redness /painful swelling use ice packs.. If feburic 40 MG hasn't helped u much, then need to increase the dose of it and probably an add on drug to it.

Feburic 40mg was taken once or twice a day???Any other medicines on frequent use?

Sir / Madam, My brother 56 years, He is a diabetic and under guidance and supervision of Dr. Dinesh Neopane, MBBS, MD at Biratnagar (Nepal. However, from past one and half year it is observed that his hemoglobin count gets reduced drastically in short span of time. This issue though has been addressed but we would like to get an expert opinion for better solution. At earlier stage doctor did assumed that it could be due to piles problem and with few units of blood transfusion patient was better. This result though was short lived and after five months again blood transfusion was done. On the recommendation of consulting doctor we met Nephrologist and his views were in sync with family doctor and advice was to continue the same medicine. Later, the patients started feeling week and under consultation of the doctor an injection EPOFIT (erythropoietin) was used twice weekly for six weeks. At that period the patient's hemoglobin count was below 6. Currently report shows that prescribed injection is working fine and patients has show improvement but we family members would like to take an expert review at your recommendation or reference is required as which doctor would be seeking appointment with. Looking forward for your early reply.

What are the results of kidney function test means urea and creatinine. You know erythropoietn is prepared by kidney and in kidney failure this substance deficit. So we have to give from outside.
You can discuss further on line.
