The normal range for vitamin B-12 in the blood is between 200 and 900 nanograms per millilitre (ng/mL). People at the lower end of this range may require follow-up testing, especially if they have symptoms. Low. Levels of vitamin B-12 are low if they are below 200 ng/mL

You can take this supplement once a day. It is quite safe to do so. But do not take other multivitamins along with this. It may lead to overdose of some specific compounds.

Ginger. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties and is an excellent home remedy for treating various gastrointestinal discomforts like nausea, vomiting, indigestion and diarrhea. Chew ginger daily or consume 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea daily for a few days.

Dear lybrate-user, certainly breastfeeding & rearing per se is full time job, quite demanding. Unfortunately the list of medicines you have displayed is of brand names type. Difficult to comment as they differ, manufacturing company & geographical area wise. However they are too many & probably you are taking too many. By this time, in fact you must stop breastfeeding & wean your child. Things will set back to normal.
