Mr. lybrate-user. 1. Confirm whether the bleeding is from piles or some other large intestine site. 2. To consult some proctologist near by. 3. There are two choices for confirming. Videorectoscopy and colonoscopy. 4. If you have lost weight in recent past or the blood is mixed with stools then it may not be because of piles. Should rule out tumour in colon or rectum. 5. If it because of piles, get it graded. Because 1st and 2nd degree usually can be managed with life style changes, diet and sto...more

Hi on 23rd october I had d&e procedure for rpoc then around 10th november I started spotting sometimes it was just once in a day n then stops then again happened and now since 10 to 15 days I have been bleeding really bad. Went to doc 2 days back she ultrasound and my cavity and there was nothing left then she found out cysts on my left ovary. To control my heavy bleeding she has given mei trenaxa mf and venus min diosmin 300 but it doesn't seem to be working much. Because my bleeding though have reduced a bit has not stopped completely. She has also given my 21 days medicine to regularize my periods but as those are I think hormonal medicines I do not want to start taking it. Kindly, help me if there's any way my bleeding could be stopped naturally and regularize periods through homeopathy or ayurveda. I am 29 years of age and unmarried.

There is loss of endometrium. There is no natural way unless you give progestrone support. Understand the senario and do not make yourself even more weak after undergoing so much from november. There is nothing fearful of taking hormones for you now. An healthy individual has no requirement to take hormone pills but for you its indicated and nothing wrong in using them when your body needs its support instead of losing lot of blood. Listen to your doctor. If bleeding does not stop. Contact direc...more

Viagra acts by allowing more blood flow to tissues. You took viagra which caused your haemorrhoids to fill up with blood. This lead to bleeding piles. This should stop on its own if it doesn't then take diosmin with anti-inflammatory medication. Avoid constipation. This should work for you.
Kindly make a personal consultation to me regarding specific medication.

You can take diosmin and trenexa to control bleeding. As far as the surgery goes it's only offered if conservative trial fails. So I would suggest to start with the following regime. Start a short course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs with laxatives and anoblis ointment for local application. Sitz bath twice daily will also benefit. Continue this for a month and if it still persists then we can go for surgery.

This should not be the case. Internal haemorrhoids are painless. Though bleeding can lead to anemia which can cause hemodynamic stress on heart. So I'll suggest you to take some medication and get your hemoglobin levels. Now if blood comes too much then try diosmin or trenexa. Kindly make a personal consultation to me regarding the specific medication and further queries.
