I had suffering from sexual problem that when I do some sexual activity and its erects but not ejaculate my testis and groin area also became very painful. One day I went to hospital and doc said after ultrasound I have bilateral varicocele and then he said to use scrotal support and gave venusmin and some painkillers but after few months also I find not any changes so I again went to next hospital and I doc done my bl laparoscopic varisocelectomy its now 6 months passed but the problem is same when I sexually stimulated I got very veins there and more pain than before so please help me what should I do?
