Hello madam,
do not take much medicines. But, any medicine you are taking, use the medicines regularly. Focus on your work you need to do. Focus on one activity and complete it .then after some rest period, you focus on another activity. Do some relaxation exercises. Be confident. Faith on god.

Accept that it is going to be difficult and you will not come out of it in an overnight - depression & anxiety are very poorly researched areas in the field of medicine. There is no definitive cure to this illness. Apart from that, depression is under-estimated. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Codeine addiction comes under SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION. Deaddiction treatment is best suited for such addictions. Medically assisted drug detoxification or alcohol detoxification alone is ineffective as a treatment for addiction. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) recommends detoxification followed by both medication (where applicable) and behavioral therapy, followed by relapse prevention.
