For prostate size more than 40 grams. You should take combination therapy
take urimax-d/…d is dutasteride
with this prostate size. It is less likely that medicines will work much. Get an assessment of post-voidal residue. You can send you reports to me.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when you have an enlarged prostate and you’re trying to decide what to do next.
Each person reacts in his own way to the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (bph), a common condition for men as they age.
If your symptoms don’t bother you much and you haven’t gotten any complications, you may choose to just keep a regular eye on things.
This means seeing a doctor once a year -- or sooner if your symptoms change.

psa is a market for prostrate cancer
when finasteride or dutasteride are used they decrease psa level spuriously and masks the ongoing prostate cancer so before using finast one has to check a baseline psa.

surgery can solve your problem.
Prostatitis treatments vary depending on the underlying cause. They can include:
Antibiotics. This is the most commonly prescribed treatment for prostatitis. Your doctor will base the choice of medication on the type of bacteria that may be causing your infection. If you have severe symptoms, you may need intravenous (IV) antibiotics. You'll likely need to take oral antibiotics for four to six weeks but may need longer treatment for chronic or recurring pr...more
