Hello, Thanks for the query. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 28.42 KGS/ Sq meter you are very close to being in grade 1 obesity. It would have been better if actual TSH levels were mentioned. That would have given a clear idea about actual control. For Vitamin D3 deficiency the supplement. Can be taken. Knee pain can come down with weight reduction. Your ideal body weight should be about 70 Kgs. Thanks.

It should get to normal 8n 1-2 months.
But there are chances that once you stop taking it, the levels may come down again.

You can use but the level of b12 is very low which not correct by taking oral dose so frist go with neurokind injection than shift on oral dose.
